潜江油焖大虾:郝大虾3步教你学会(2020最新视频教程)

准备工作:
小龙虾:3斤(开店用建议2.5斤)
生姜片:40g
大蒜瓣:150g
啤酒:500ml
食用油:200ml
干辣椒和花椒:根据个人口味另备
郝大虾三合一全味料包:一包

第1步:洗虾

XIAOLONGXIACHOUDIAOXIAXIAN,CONGYANCHUJIANDIAOTOUBU,TIAOCHUHEISENANGZHUANGWU,BINGCONGHOUBEIWAIQIAOWEIBUJIANZHIQUGAN,XIJINGLIGANDAIYONG。

第2步:炒虾
将食用油小火烧至微热,放入生姜片、大蒜瓣和香料包爆香炒匀后,再放入小龙虾翻炒(可放适量白酒或料酒去腥)。

第3步:烧虾
虾壳变红后依次倒入啤酒、秘酱包调味包炒匀,大火烧开后盖上锅盖,转入小火焖煮8~10分钟(期间翻动2~3次),收汁起锅装盘,撒上香葱或香菜即可。

烧虾小贴士:

①本品属中辣,口味特重者可另备些辣椒和花椒;
②炒香料包时可反复点水少量,用小火炒,不糊锅、也更易爆出香味;
③调味包可分两次投放,倒啤酒时放一半,出锅前两分钟再放另一半,虾肉更嫩,味道更鲜美。
